Meet Charlie!!
Charlie is a 10 year old bay Quarter Horse (grade) gelding that stands 15.1 hands tall. Charlie has spent most of his life working on a feed lot in Kansas so he knows his way around a cow and is strong on the end of a rope! Charlie has a great spin and a fancy type handle. He has an easy one hand neck rein and all you have to do is put your feet out and he will drag his butt to a stop! Charlie will slow lope all day long and catches his leads automatically both ways. He is also very easy to sidepass both ways. Just put your foot on him and he moves easily.
I’ve taken Charlie through the woods and down the highway daily with no problem. He is traffic safe and will cross anything you come to in the woods. Ya'll, this is SUCH A NICE HORSE!
I’ve roped lots of yearlings and a couple grown cows off Charlie and found him to be one awesome using horse. He makes sorting and cutting calves and cows out in the catch pen super fun and easy! I’ve used Charlie to gather big groups of cattle and pen horses. I’ve also used him to drag feed bunks out of the mud to higher ground.
Charlie is easy to catch, wash, load, saddle, bridle, etc… He gets along great with other horses and has been out with cows with no problem.
If you want to show off in front of your friends you don’t want to miss Charlie. He can even make me look like I know what I’m doing!
Charlie is also youth suitable and beginner friendly. Honestly, just about anybody can enjoy this horse!!
Charlie has no bad habits, health problems or issues if your looking for a good ranch horse or just a reliable mount check out Charlie! Like I said before, ya'll, this is SUCH A NICE HORSE!

Auto Bidding:
Auto-bidding is available and is very easy to do! To place an auto-bid, instead of bidding the minimum $200 increment, simply enter the amount of your maximum bid (max bid). Doing this will automatically keep you $200 above everyone else until your max bid is reached or the auction ends, whichever comes first. You may also increase your max bid at any time without your current bid being affected. In the event that your max bid is reached and you are outbid, you will receive a text message letting you know that you have been outbid. This text will include a link for you to use to place a higher bid.
Buyers Premium:
Starting March 6, 2022 we will be implementing a 3% Buyers Premium on all sales.
Buy It Now:
Magic Horse Auction now offers a Buy It Now (BIN) feature on some horses. This feature allows buyers to purchase a horse now and not have to wait until the end of an auction. Our Buy It Now (BIN) option is only available at the sellers discretion. If the seller offers a Buy It Now, a bidder can purchase that horse immediately at a price set by the seller. When the “Buy It Now” button is hit and confirmed, the auction ends immediately and the bidder who activated the BIN is responsible for payment within 48 hrs of activation of BIN.
The “Buy It Now” option will be removed 24 hrs prior to the close of the auction, unless otherwise specified.
Time Addition:
Please be aware that if a bid is placed within 4 minutes of the close of the auction, an additional 2 minutes will be added to the clock to give any other bidders time to place their last minute bid as well. This will continue each time a bid is placed until 2 minutes has gone by with no new bids, at which time the auction will officially close.
Non Payment Fee:
Winning Auction payment arrangements MUST be made within 48 hrs of end of auction. There will be a $1000 non payment fee charged to the credit card on file of any winning bidder found to be in default. This also applies in the event of a bidder defaulting using the Buy It Now feature.
