“Davis” is a 13yr old, 14.3hh, QH gelding. Are you looking for a safe horse, that you can let sit and trust that he will take care of you? Let me tell you about Davis! In the barn, he has no bad habits. He is drama free in his stall and in the pasture. He can go out with groups, or alone, live in, or out. He is a very easy keeper, barefoot with no maintenance or special necessities. He walks up to you in the field and has good manners. Davis is very kind and sweet. He is gentle and easy to work around. He stands on the cross ties to be groomed, tacked, bathed, etc. He is safe with children and dogs running around his feet.
On the trails, Davis will lead, follow, go alone and in groups. He takes care of his rider and I would trust putting anyone on his back. He is a horse that just goes with the flow and does what is asked of him. Davis crosses water, logs, he is safe with traffic, bikes, dogs, you name it. He will take care of a timid rider up and down the hills, through the creeks, over the bridges. He is not spooky. Trailering and loading are no issue for him, and he will stand tied to the trailer.
Davis rides western, english, and bareback. His gaits are like a lesson horse, very simple and smooth. He has easy transitions and will ride on the buckle, and doesn’t get upset with a rider that holds the reins tighter. He will w/t/c and pop over fences. Davis is honest and super easy going. He can take a joke, and makes for a nice all around gelding. Davis would make a good lesson horse, trail horse, camping partner, confidence booster, family horse, and much more. Auto Bidding:
Auto-bidding is available and is very easy to do! To place an auto-bid, instead of bidding the minimum $200 increment, simply enter the amount of your maximum bid (max bid). Doing this will automatically keep you $200 above everyone else until your max bid is reached or the auction ends, whichever comes first. You may also increase your max bid at any time without your current bid being affected. In the event that your max bid is reached and you are outbid, you will receive a text message letting you know that you have been outbid. This text will include a link for you to use to place a higher bid.
Buyers Premium:
Starting March 6, 2022 we will be implementing a 3% Buyers Premium on all sales.
Buy It Now:
Magic Horse Auction now offers a Buy It Now (BIN) feature on some horses. This feature allows buyers to purchase a horse now and not have to wait until the end of an auction. Our Buy It Now (BIN) option is only available at the sellers discretion. If the seller offers a Buy It Now, a bidder can purchase that horse immediately at a price set by the seller. When the “Buy It Now” button is hit and confirmed, the auction ends immediately and the bidder who activated the BIN is responsible for payment within 48 hrs of activation of BIN.
The “Buy It Now” option will be removed 24 hrs prior to the close of the auction, unless otherwise specified.
Time Addition:
Please be aware that if a bid is placed within 4 minutes of the close of the auction, an additional 2 minutes will be added to the clock to give any other bidders time to place their last minute bid as well. This will continue each time a bid is placed until 2 minutes has gone by with no new bids, at which time the auction will officially close.
Non Payment Fee:
Winning Auction payment arrangements MUST be made within 48 hrs of end of auction. There will be a $1000 non payment fee charged to the credit card on file of any winning bidder found to be in default. This also applies in the event of a bidder defaulting using the Buy It Now feature.
